MANILA, Philippines – The Bank of the Philippine Islands' (BPI) automated teller machines (ATMs), cash deposit machines (CDMs), and online banking services will be unavailable at certain times on Thursday and Friday, June 23 to 24, and on Sunday, June 26.
On Thursday, June 23:
- 1:00 am to 5:00 am – ATMs, CDMs and point of sale (POS) terminals
On Friday, June 24:
- 1:00 am to 5:00 am – ATMs, CDMs and POS terminals
- 1:00 am to 12:00 nn – BPI ExpressLink
- 4:00 am to 10:00 am – BPI Online Banking, Mobile app, Phone Banking and SIM Banking
- 4:00 am to 10:00 am – Clients may experience intermittent availability of BPI credit, debit and prepaid card services
On Sunday, June 26:
- 1:00 am to 5:00 am – ATMs, CDMs, and POS terminals
- 1:00 am to 8:00 am – BPI ExpressLink
- 4:00 am to 10:00 am – BPI Online Banking, Mobile app, Phone Banking and SIM Banking
- 4:00 am to 10:00 am – Clients may experience intermittent availability of BPI credit, debit and prepaid card services
BPI said its clients can transact in its branches and kiosks, and through its contact center.
"We encourage our clients to plan and complete their transactions, including cash withdrawals, ahead of these scheduled downtimes," BPI said in its advisory.– Rappler.com
